This is the draft agreement signed by the negotiating team and accepted by the vote of union members.  However, in the Agency Head review, some contract provisions were found to be in conflict with law or regulation. Our negotiating team will meet with management to finalize the wording. This contract as a whole is in effect with just a few points needing to be resolved.
